Property is awesome. Nice. The restaurant have a lot of shortcomings.

Great place to stay. Was a little put off that they wanted to charge me on the way out the door for a recycled laundry bag. Considering the rate they charge relative to competitors, AND I had stayed with them for a week, it seemed a bit petty to hold me up from leaving and make an ordeal about a lousy laundry bag. (I left them $32000 col pesos for it) but was NOT a great way to wrap up the trip. While I LOVED the hotel, it totally changes my mind about whether I would stay again. I found it a little petty.

Exelente servicio al cliente, server's, front desk employees was great especially German, housekeeping was great, breakfast buffet excellent and server's was excellent at the Club was great experience, thank you very much
